When we launched Bloomsbury Gardens on 26th June we thought that the night would be busy, but we never dreamed that over a hundred and fifty appointments would turn up between 5.30pm – 8pm.
We released six apartments in Burleigh House and reserved ten apartments in Burleigh House……Developers do not need to go overseas when you have this sort of demand within the area already.
Bloomsbury Gardens is a perfect example of this. The buyers were a total mix of people some downsizing from large houses within the area, young couples moving into the area, people retiring and moving back to London as the kids have flown the nest, people buying for their children who start university soon, a real blend which is what the Bloomsbury area is all about.
After the launch night the momentum has not stopped there, with a sales rate of over three reservations a week since the launch and only eight apartments remaining in Burleigh House you better move quickly to be part of this gorgeous development that overlooks St Georges Gardens.
Bloomsbury is a hub of activity, packed full of good restaurants, trendy relaxed cafes, fantastic pubs, art galleries, markets and national treasures. The area is full to the brim with culture so why wouldn’t you want to live here and be part of it.
Exquisitely designed 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and duplexes, offering contemporary handless kitchen with soft close doors and drawers, fully integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer, pop up sockets to name just a few mod cons that are included, all modern and very practical. Bathrooms and en-suites offer contemporary Italian tiles and Villeroy & Boch white sanitary ware, Roca double ended bath, bespoke bathroom cabinets with demist mirrors are again practical and stylish. Bloomsbury Gardens also has its own communal garden, bicycle storage and lift to all floors. A lot of the apartments overlook St George’s Gardens which is picturesque in all seasons of the year.
Beckett House is expected to launch in the Autumn, and with such success with Burleigh House I would imagine Beckett House will be in just as much demand.
Virgina Woolf and Charles Darwin obviously knew what the appeal was when they lived in this affluent area and that appeal is still present now.
