‘VERSATILE APPAREL’ APPOINT HURFORD SALVI CARR AS THEIR RETAIL AGENTS.
Hurford Salvi Carr have been appointed by premium-end Menswear fashion brand Versatile Apparel VA as their property agent and are pleased to announce the acquisition of their first retail outlet at 76 Neal Street, Covent Garden, London.
Versatile Apparel (VA) is a new high end menswear fashion brand offering a full range of clothing, accessories and jewellery, crafted and hand finished by the finest Italian factories. VA are passionate about combining Italian quality with London-inspired designs and are looking to roll out an additional 3 stores worldwide within the next 12 months.
The Covent garden store is 1,700 sq ft (158m2) and is set for an opening in April 2011.
Hurford Salvi Carr are extremely pleased to be assisting Versatile Apparel with their expansion.
